Sr. Manager - Enterprise Sales ( Cloud Mailing Solutions )

Rediffmail Enterprise is a secure cloud based email solution for Corporates. The entire email architecture and infrastructure is maintained and managed by It is a feature rich solution where organizations can control email exchange on their domain and protect critical business information being shared over emails. Rediffmail Enterprise has won CIO choice award consecutively for the years 2014 and 2015.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for selling Enterprise mailing solutions (Rediffmail Enterprise Pro) and services to premium accounts across various industry segments, ensuring deeper penetration of Rediff enterprise mailing solutions across large accounts, developing these accounts from scratch and making a strategic partner to these premium customers
  • Build relationships with strategic C Level executives across the key accounts and sell the enterprise communication services to them
  • Develop the enterprise business proposition to gain a sustainable competitive advantage and greater share of wallet from their customers. Design, develop and implement an End to End Enterprise plan for assigned accounts
  • Ensure proper Partner mix & classification to provide reach, revenue, relevance and reputation to Enterprise e-mail business
  • Drive execution excellence in enterprise sales processes and operations.
  • Responsible for channel sales through business partners i.e. appointing new channel partners, conducting their periodic performance review and drive them to tap new business opportunities
Qualifications / Experience:
  • Graduate in Computers / IT, MBA preferred
  • 6 - 9 yrs of relevant experience in an emailing and hosting environment over the cloud computing model
  • Knowledge of prices, margins and activities of both, own products and competition
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to influence others and gain support from stakeholders
  • Ability to determine appropriate priorities and be self-directed;
  • Strong negotiator, collaborator and team player
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a fast work pace, managing multiple priorities simultaneously often under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to achieve results in the absence of overt guidance is expected
